- U.S. orders under **US$175** will be charged a shipping fee of **US$6.95** (unless express shipping is selected).
- U.S. orders of **US$175 or more** ship for **free**.
- International orders — the standard shipping fee is **US$35**. Customers are responsible for all customs/import duties.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S. shipments: typically **2–4 business days**, unless overnight / express shipping is selected.
- International shipments: typically **4–10 business days**, depending on destination.
Tracking & Lost Packages
Once an order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number and expected delivery date will be sent. If you receive a delivery confirmation but do not locate the package at your address, please:
- Check around your home (porch, garage, mailbox, neighbors, etc.) — sometimes packages are placed in hidden spots.
- If the package does not turn up within 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. After 2 business days, if still not found, contact us at help@koodekershop.com with your claim number and we will do our best to assist.
